just a heads up, this is very dark. I had to adjust it in photoshop to see most of the detail (temporarily; nothing saved). you might want to try looking at it on a variety of displays before printing. but maybe it'll come out okay anyway! (I don't know anything about printing.) personally, I have an IPS monitor. they are coming down in price and I highly recommend them to all artists as they have great brightness (proper lights and darks) and the best colour quality available at a reasonable price. so many other LCD monitors are just too bright!
also, congrats on three years. that is a long time.
IPS monitor, eh? Sounds good. I currently don't have a desktop set-up right now, so I'm forced to the confines of my shoddy HP laptop, which is such a hassle. It seems to eat up lights and darks like candy, and doesn't like to work with high resolution files in photoshop or corel. I guess I finally have a good reason to splurge a chunk of money on a new computer
